HWH 600 Series leveling - all lights on panel lit?

99 Holiday Rambler Navigator. Had this intermittent issue a couple of times while traveling and couldn't level (air bags) the coach.

After being in storage several months, this issue has resurfaced with a vengeance. Suspect electrical but anyone else experience a similar issue or have any ideas?

Note that a HWH customer guide did not address this scenario and HWH customer service call for guidance was met with a rather blunt "we only assist dealers" response.

You will find the control box for the HWH most likely on the ceiling of one of your storage bays. In there there is several fuses. Also there are a couple fuses in the elect. bay under the drivers window.

I had a problem with my HWH air leveling and emailed their help # and they were great in helping me trouble shoot the problem. That was a few years ago so maybe that has changed.

wsimpson, all of the hwh service manuals address the all lights on problem.
the operators manual do not. you can download the manual for your system from the hwh website. look under tech support.
as far as i know, unless they changed it yesterday, we talk to anyone who calls in, dealer or not. there is a backlog of calls to be returned, but we do not refuse to talk to individuals
please feel free to call me anytime. my cell is 602-549-3638. i live in arizona and am a full time employee of hwh. i can help with your diagnosis.
the problem is most likely the control box, but you need to do the diagnosis as outlined in the service manual. again, call me, i can help.
btw hwh has been closed since dec 24th, and will reopen jan 4th. this has been hwh policy for many years. my cell is still on.

Azpete, you are a stand up guy. Hwh is lucky to have you on the team, as are their customers.

+1. He stayed in contact with me, shipped me parts and hung in until we had my problem solved.

Thank you very much for the guidance; offer, and and contact info. Holidays have interrupted my schedule - will revisit issue next week.

Yesterday, after starting the DP and letting it high idle until air alarms went silent, I noticed that no HWH lights (green travel or otherwise were on). I pressed the air button once and it, along with all four corners of the coach display were solid red (indicating coach is level); and the manual air leveler buttons worked.

Baffled by the intermittent behavior.

check the connection behind the touch panel. this loose connection has caused this type of problem before.
