HWH 625 leveling system motor will not engage

Repairman has confirmed our suspicions and the motor has failed. We have both voltage and amperage to the motor so we will replace the motor and the relay. I called HWH for parts and was again put on a call back waiting list which was currently back logged 12 days. So I went on line and found Stuart Sevices out of Indiana. Get customer service and so nice. They had the motor and relay in Stock with two day UPS delivery at a competitive price. The parts will be here tomorrow for the mobile service to install Thursday. Thank for all your advice. This forum has been very helpful.

Try tapping on the hwh motor with a hammer while someone is energizing the switch. Sometimes that gets the motor brushes to make contact.
This worked for me until I got a new motor.

New Motor and relay installed but....

We installed a new motor and relay, but the motor is whinning and under stress. Hydraulic fuild level in tank is good. Think we need to adjust the valve release nut. Should we start with the nut tight and then back off? How many turns? We know not more than 4 1/2 turns. Should they all be the same? And what if we find one that is more than
4 1/2 turns already?
