Can anyone enlighten me as to why the whole HWH system would suddenly turn off? I have tried the HWH Reset button....with the engine ON, and/or the ACC on....to no avail. I have read everything I can in the limited informatiion in my HWH book. Is there a fuse in back of the Genny I could check? There was nothing written about a fuse, but I'm willing to check anything at this point. The coach sits even, rides even, but none of the buttons either don't light up, but the Reset button stays on without change.

Thank you for any assistance you might offer.

If you are talking about the HWH leveling system HWH also stands for hot water heater. My class A had two fuses down by the main pump drive motor on the leveling system. Mine were located on left hand side of the coach opposite of the hydraulic resevoir. Incidentally I am talking Winnebago Class A. Very easy to access and pull.

It may be a ground issue. Check and make sure the motor and pump is securely fastened down. HWH has a great troubleshooting document. Check theire website and download it.

Hi Arthurpb,
John has a good suggestion. My HWH system did the same as yours (intermittently). Consider finding the HWH control board. It should be somewhere near the pump, valves and reservoir. Copy down the locations and colors of the lights on the board. If you have the manuel use it as a reference to all the location that have lights. Then call HWH. They can tell you the problem from the lights on the control board.

Just a thought. If your parking brake is set as it should be, maybe the parking brake switch is not communicating with HWH to allow operation.

Just a note to thank all those messages received relative to my HWH (leveling system). I am thankful you could provide the important information necessary before I hauled my Country Coach off to the gold-enshrined mechanics.......who disabled it in the first place when they were fixing my deck fan!

Again, I appreciate your thoughts, and it might be sooner than you think that I will be speaking with the group again!
