HWH Display is illuminating the Battery symbol...:

and the Jacks will not kick down. Resevoir is good... coach batts (and chassis batts) are good and have plenty of juice. Any one go through this before? Thanks in advance!

Hi fkloster,
Can you tell us what model of HWH you have? I have never seen a Battery Indicator on an HWH panel.

One of the most common 12 VDC problems with HWH is the ground from the pump to chassis. I have found to forget measuring the ground with a meter. If you can, just run another ground wire.

HWH model# "AP 6890"

Serial# 107

I have a manual for a HWH model 610 series and pics all look very similar to mine.

there are two (2) relays on my pump... one is a master relay that takes the power straight from the battery... when that relay gets a signal from the HWH control board, it sends juice to the pump relay. It is not getting a signal from control board... but is getting juice from batts... control board bad?

Hi fkloster,
Thanks for the update. Before you replace the control board consider consider trying a couple of cheap repair ideas. Can you see the control board? If so, determine if there are fuses on the control board. Also, there may be lights on the control board. They will be identified by a location ID. Document which lights are on/off and what color they are.

If there are fuses, replace every fuse. Even if the fuses check okay, replace them (another long story). If replacing the fuses and ground wire do not fix the problem, call HWH at (563)724-3396 or (800)321-3494. Their telephone support is excellent. They will lead you to a fix.
