Probably been done before but not to me. Last week-end we stopped and got all set up. Wife wanted to move ahead a little so I was going to. Jacks would not store. Talk about panic! I called HWH and they were in a flood so nobody to talk to, said they would have a tech call back. Guess what,,they did and the girl on the line knew just what to do to fix my problem. I am happy agin. Good company.

Well, I guess I could tell that.
On the top of the shuttle block there are four 5/8 inch covers. They act as pressure relief valves. If the shuttle pressure is equalized the suttle will not move to the down position. They told me to release the pressure with one of these covers and try it agin. I did and it did. I am so glad, I had visions of megabucks for repairs to the system. Now just have to do some preventative cleaning and checks to make sure it don't happen agin.

There are still a few good companies out there and when you deal with them it should be known so we can give them our bussiness.
Thanks for posting this.

Good timing. One of mine stayed partly down after my last trip. Will try this fix tomorrow.
