We, like a lot of others have had our share of inconveniences with HWH levelers such as false alarms that could not be turned off even after removing alarm fuses, and jacks that refused to retract. I finally had one rear jack replaced and installed new springs and that seemed to correct the problem. Now the other rear jack has started the same symptoms, alarm that cannot be reset and will not retract. Suspected blown fuse or shorted solenoid and RV repair center confirmed it. Now the problem is that HWH cannot supply the replacement solenoid for 10 weeks and there doesn't appear to be any other source for it. Has anyone else experienced this type of delay and is there any other source for the solenoid?

Oh, by the way this is on a 2004 Itasca Class A MH on a Workhorse chassis.
