got the MH on my new concrete pad. My levels showed within a quarter bubble for Refrigerator level as it sat. HWH control pad showed low in the front only.

Pad has a 3 inch pitch from the back to front and is 30 feet long. Not much of a pitch to throw off leveling.
I put my 1 3/4 inch thick pads under the jacks
Figured I'd level just to stabilize and level the front.
I parked and hit auto level and it did fine.

I auto stored to do some measuring the next day and hit auto level and it picked the front up off the ground. I wasn't sure if it was the pads so I cut some 1/2 inch wafer board into some pads and put them under the jacks instead of the thicker ones.

Auto level Did the same thing again... dropped the front. then the back then the sides, then the front and ended up with the wheels up off the ground

I did it once more on auto level and then I dropped the back some and then dropped the front to be level and have the wheels on the ground.

What is going on with the thing?

Could be either your level sensor under the floor needs calibration or possibly one or both pressure switches need adjustment.

There are a lot of PDF files on HWH's website that will explain just about everything.

Other wise, you could Email or call HWH tech and they will get you through it. They've been great every time I called. Just don;t expect a speedy call back as they tend to get busy.

Try driving your front wheels onto a stack of two 2x10's (3") to compensate for the 3" pitch of the pad. Also 3" blocks under the front jack pads and see what you get.
