I'd like to give a BIG to Stuarts Service in Elkhart, IN. Chuck and his techs took care of my problems in record time. I also must mention that they are a certified HWH Service Center and that's all that they do at their location. They replaced my LF, RR jacks, installed new springs on all the jacks and I purchased an extra solenoid to carry on board for an emergency if needed. All parts, labor, tax out the door $829.00. Now to this add $225.00 for gasoline as I had to drvie there from MI and I have a total of $1054.00.
I must mention that I did check with a local RV Dealer for the same related problems and was quoted for the front jack alone $1600.00. Then the rear jack was to be approx. $1100.00. That's when I had to shake my head say thanks and walked out the door. We hadn't even discussed the new springs and extra solenoid. I won't mention the dealer I visited but will say they have many locations.
Anyway All I can suggest is that if you need any HWH service done or just want parts sent to you I can't speak more highly for the professional service they offered me at Stuarts. I should also mention that they have a great inventory of parts. Again for Stuarts Service. I do not have any personal link with this business, just offering some credit where credit is due.

It's so nice to hear of good news about a dealer/service center as people tend to post only negatives. Please list the dealer who's price was outrageous... you might just save somebody a lot of time and hassle.

I respect your suggestion but what I suggest is get a price from your local service and if you think it is high then give Stuarts a call and compare. I think that's the fair way to do it. Besides Stuarts will probably have the parts in stock for you, where your local dealer would not.
