Hydro Hot heat question...

I was told today that as long as the hydro hot is on...(not the furnace) that the wet bay would be heated. Is this correct?

Yes, as long as you have either the electric or diesel elements of the aqua hot turned on the wet bay will be heated. There is a separate thermostat for the basement in one of your basement compartments. Ours is on the passenger side compartment that has access to the aqua hot area. There are a couple of settings on it, but it works independent of the regular thermostat in the interior of the coach. You can have the thermostat turned off in the interior, and the basement will still be heated as long as one of your aqua hot switches are turned on. Steve

As of this minute Hydro-Hot is set on electric, the heat/furnace is shut off at the thermostats, it is 41 degrees outdoors and the wet bay is at 58 degrees.

Your statement is what I have experienced with ours.
