i have a problem with my ice maker . The filter was never changed evidently. When i did change it, the fitting was stripped on one side. I can't locate a new one any where. It is plastic - 1/2 that goes to the shut off side, and 1/8 going to the line that goes to the ice maker. I have tried the local r/v store as well as home depot, lowes etc. Help !!

I installed a filter for a spout on sink and filter the ice maker. Used same water line connector and put in "T' fitting to both locations. The filter holder fits on wall and you just twist filter to mounting braket. Its a "GE Smartwater" system and you can get it with out the spout. Filter is about 1 1/4" round very compact and fits under sink area.
Home depot or Lowes has them.
