Ideal Rest Air Bed - pump failure

We recently had a failure of our Ideal Rest Air Bed, a Digital Air Sleep System. The air bed components (pump, controllers, etc.) installed in our 2014 Itasca Ellipse 42QD were manufactured by, or at the very least supplied by, Innomax Corporation. I downloaded the troubleshooting guide from their website (link below). The conclusion requires pump replacement.

Being we are camping for another several weeks, as an interim solution when the mattress pressure slowly leaked down, I purchased two 1/2" plastic t-connectors, eight hose clamps, two brass ball valves, and 10-feet of 1/2" braided vinyl hose. The hardware was added inline with the pump which allows manual filling of the bed. Beats sleeping on the couch until a new pump arrives.

Anyone else have similar issues?

I have just repaired our compressor pumps for our 11 year old dual control Bear air bed.

Our problem was that the sealing pad on the compressor plunger was allowing air to slowly leak out because of a poor seal.

I removed the old pad glued in a new pad and all is well.

Cost @ $1.00.

Yes, we are having the same issue with the pump in our 2014 Winnebago. Also told the solution replace the pump. The hose fitting broke off. There must be a method of repairing the pump.

Can you glue a pvc pipe in place of the pump housing fitting and create a leak proof seal?

Or, perhaps a flexible hose, sealant and clamp on the remaining broken stub?
