My 2003 Mountain Aire Workhorse runs great and handles OK but I'm looking for more. Any info on Banks System availability or anythng that would offer more mountain climbing performance and possibly increased MPG would be welcome. Also how do those Bilsteins work on this chassis?

You might want to take a look at this forum WH Chassis Forum. From my perspective, our chassis came with Bilsteins, and we have upgraded the engine with an Ultra Power chip, and have added a rear track bar.

Do a search for "Ultrapower" and you will find lots of posts on the subject of inproving performance. Good Luck!
