I put fuel in yesterday at a Travel America truck stop. Sign said exempt trucks only. Had the wife go in and they switched it over to charge tax and gave me the go ahead. The lady said most will accommodate, but a few won't.

We make it a RULE to NEVER fuel in Indiana because of the sales tax added (you are already paying the road tax). It makes their fuel higher than surrounding states so we make sure we have enough to get across the state before entering Indiana. Just our practice, yours may differ.
