Instrument cluster inoperative

97' Fleetwood Bounder - Workhorse chassis
I changed out a turn indicator bulb on instrument panel recently. My turn signals, seat belt & engine indicator lights across panel work but,
the speedometer, fuel, odometer, amp, oil & temp (All guages) now do not work??
I recently also changed out my battery on the engine and also removed the other 2 coach batteries and cleaned the terminals because they were corroded. I do not know if the problem started with the battery change or the indicator bulb.
I have checked all fuses under dash and engine compartment - all are good.
I am wondering if I have a ground problem?? The engine starts, coach lights work...
I wouldn't think that the instrument cluster would all go bad at the same time. I do know that it is a printed plastic circuit board on the rear of the cluster.
Any info greatly appreciated.
The instrument cluster appears to be an International Harvester)
Can these plug in panels be tested?

Welcome to iRV2. There is a dedicated Fleetwood and Bounder forum on iRV2. Go to Fleetwood Products Owner's Forum - iRV2 Forums to enter that forum. Either repost this question there or ask the moderators to move your post to that forum. When at the above mentioned link, look at the top, just under all the page numbers for the box marked "prefix". Click on the down arrow and you'll see Bounder. Posting there should get you the maximum exposure to Bounder owners. Nobody knows your coach like somebody who owns one just like yours.

You can still get this cluster from GM dealer. Workhorse did not take over till 2000

I don't own a Bounder, but had the same problem. When lowering the cluster to work behind it, the plastic circuit "sheet" cracked across two circuits. Luckily, my wonderful wife bought me a cold heat soldering iron some time ago and this kind of fix is perfect for it. Just have to scrape away the coating over the break in the circuit first with an x-acto knife or razor blade. After the fix, coat over it lightly with liquid electrical tape or anything safe on acetates/plastics to prevent corrosion. Once I found the break, it took all of 5 minutes to fix and saved me hundreds. Stays in the MH from now on.
Hope you try this before emptying your wallet.

I had a similar problem when I changed out my main chassis batteries and lost all of the gauges. Found a wire that had not been attached when reinstalling the batteries as it had fallen down behind the 2 new batteries. once I hooked it back to the batteriy all of the gauges were working again. A good case for taking a photo of the wire hook ups before removing the old batteries.
