I know I will need extra insurance coverage if I go into Mexico with a Vehicle, but my questions are. "What is Driver Lic. coverage for what ever vehicle I am driving?" Also will that be all that Mexico requires?

We aren't sure what that term means. Here's a link to the company we bought our ins from this year.

Mexico Car Insurance from Mexpro.com

Your US insurance does not apply to anything in Mexico. We spend 5 months here so we cancell our US insurance for that period.

Where are you going in Mexico? We are in Zihuatanejo, which is about halfway between Puerto Vallarta and Acuapulco.

let us know if we can help with other info.
