On mine, I had to replace a switch on one of the 12 volt lights right next to the bed. Not difficult, I think I bought the switch at a hardware store. HarveyP

If there 110 volt, it should be tripped GFI breaker on wall or in panel box. 12volt, check 12 fuses in your panel box.

HarveyP has the answer. Wiggle the push button and see if it goes on. These are 12 volt and both lights over the bed are tied together. That light and the one over the table are the ones I use most and have had the same problem as you. As stated the push button can be found in just about any hardware store. Mine cost $1.29 ea.
