Has anyone had a problem with the carpet on our interior roof where you can see the framing struts are turning black thru the carpet. On the edges and the cross bars. It is the worst in th back bedroom. Any ideas or the best way to clean them, no water leaks visible, 1986 country coach diesel pusher. Kind of like your house when you can see your trusses and nail heads thru the sheetrock from like candle smoke or whatever. thanks for your time.

welcome to the irv2 forum.
imho one of the best things about this forum is the knowledge base of the 50,000 plus members.
you can access this using the search function in the header.
you should update your signature info with info on your rv.
now to try to answer your question. some of our members have had good luck with oxy clean for cleaning the ceiling.

I swore I'd never buy anything Billy Mays pitched on TV, but Oxy-Clean did it for us. We had a water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom and "she who must be obeyed" snuck in some Oxy-Clean and cleaned the water spot. You can't tell where the stain was.

If you hate Billy Mays, you can buy Sun Oxy at the dollar store, in the laundry section

Its actually a slightly better product than OxyClean, less stanky perfume and much cheaper.
