If you read the OP's response he/she(sorry didn't go back and read which) needs a cell/data boost not a WIFI boost. Either a directional Santana and/or an amplifier is needed. OP if you search like Google there are many many choices from cheap/frugal to very expensive and some do it your self at almost free, just scrounge components.

You will need a cell signal booster if your sol source of internet access is via a cellular device like cell phone hot spot or cellular mifi hot spot.
