Inverter

I have a freedom combo inverter, and i cant seem to follow the electrical instructions very good. I dont believe i have a problem but here is what is happening: my charge light is blinking at the 15.5 setting and above the
SETUP box it shows the battery half charged, and sometimes fully charged, but i regularly see all three lights on above the SETUP box. Also, the inverter has two breaker on the unit outside. Should i have them on or off at all times. It says that the charger is charging gel 1 and i dont have gel batteries. I unplug the and and plug it back in and everything seems to be ok on the monitor inside. Can someone tell me if i have a problem, or if i dont, what buttons do i push to set everything correctly. I dont believe i have a fault, i am just dumb when it comes to eletronics. when does one turn the inverter on or off at the monitor. Model 81-2022-12 (208) What lights should be on on the outside unit when parked or otherwise. Jerry
