Inverter won't work

Just took our 2001 Monaco Dynasty dry camping for the first time. We have a Xantrex RC7GS remote control panel and a RV2012GS inverter. With the generator running the inverter shows to be in stand-by mode. When the generator in not running the inverter does not come on. Any suggestions??

Same thing happen to me. First thing I would do is check the inverter to make sure it is turned on. There is a switch on the inverter itself.

I had been working in the basement and accidently hit the switch.

If that doesn't work unplug the control wire (looks like a phone cord) and let the inverter reset itself.

Good Luck

Thanks for your input. We actually disconnected the batteries for 30 minutes and we we reconnected them, the inverter came on. Wish all issues were resolved this easy!
Thanks again.
Happy camping.
