I think until 06 we had a industry that has decades of continuous sales and employees to fine tune the quality. The quality people had to go find paying jobs and are still in those new jobs. so when the industry restarted the new people and companies are starting over. I bought a new TT from a new company in 96 and it was a disaster.
Also look at the lower weights of quality Mh today. They are all lighter and are cheaper to build. The big rush to get them out in 05, 06 caused less attention to detail.
I don't think there are any RVs after 04 that have the quality of those before them. The Rv companies should be required to have a 3 year 36000 mile warranty. As for Mh having more issue posts I would guess its because someone willing to spend $150 for an Rv won't let it sit there without use.

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't TT's or fiver's a MH without a truck attached? A large part of the questions, and more important the answers, are about the living area of the RV not the running part of the MH. I came onto this site to get answers about the living area, I already know a lot about the running portion. I guess what I'm saying is if you replace MH for TT or Fifth Wheel you get the same answer.
