Is this an Antenna?

I'm thinking it might be XM or Sirus antenna?

It's doesn't look like a XM antenna. They are about 2" X 2". Maybe a vent?

It's right up front midway between driver and passenger seat.

Without a size reference it is not easy to tell.. Looks like something else was there and it got replaced

Looks like a vent to me. Googled mushroom vent and it came up with this:

About 7 inches in diameter. I will get some better shots of it.

Thanks if it was 14 inches with that square plate below it I'd go with vent as well.. but at 7 I'm just not sure what it is.

I think it's a whole roof passive vent.

Pics

It appears to be solid to the metal base, and see no way for it to be a vent. It's feels solid with a slight texture. I was wrong earlier about its location, which is directly over the driver.
