itasca 35 b 2013

been in my new (used) 2013 itasca sunstar 35 b for about 6 weeks and have a loud whine at the water connection panel. been using a pressure regulator at the connection...took it off the connector and the whine persists. water lever is on normal. any suggestions as to what or where there seems to be a restriction??

There is a check valve in the city inlet. Maybe it is sticky or dirty and restricting the flow? Or maybe just a noisy one? In any case, they are usually fairly easy to replace and likely to be a standard city water inlet, available from most any RV supply house.
