Jack Down Light On & Panel Dead 07 Winnebago Vectra

We have a 2007 Winnebago Vectra. Has been running great all day and Jack Down alarm sounds. We stop and check and the rear jacks were down about 1/4 inch. Alarm still ringing but panel is dead. Checked threads and tried fuse (we have no 7.5 amp fuse, Checked cable behind panel and we have two cables not one neither lit. We have HWH 625. Any suggestions?

You can download the service manual form HWH Service Manuals There is a control box that has fuses inside that you will need to check. Find it and get the manual and HWH will walk you through the diagnosis.

I would think 1/4 inch down might set off the alarm. Have you dropped them down and back up again? Do they require silicon spray on occassion when down??

The OP stated there is no power on the control panel.

I have the 325 series and ran into the same problem this weekend.

On the way to Fort Wilderness the jack down light and buzzer came on. I was only about 10 minutes away so I chose to continue on. Once I backed into the site, I turned the control panel on and leveled the coach. Later in the evening, It didn't feel level any longer so I attempted to re-level the MH. I turned the key and right away the jack down light is on and the buzzer is sounding off, but the control panel wouldn't come on. After about 5 minutes both the light and buzzer stopped so I assume a fuse is blown somewhere. I checked the 3 amp and 7.5 amp on the control board and it isn't blown.

I had to bring the jacks up using the manual procedure and will call my dealer this morning. I have an extended warranty that will hopefully cover the repair.

By no power on the control panel, do you mean it will not light up with the key on or just that nothing is lit and the buzzer is on.

If you cannot get it to light up and not knowing your exact model it makes it a bit more difficult but looking at the schematic for several there is a fuse that powers it and of course you know that but did you actually measure the voltage on each side of the fuse? Fuses can look ok and be broken if the round glass type.

If the control panel is not getting voltage with the ignition key on the components can act strange and possibly provide a ground to your buzzer.

Can you post the model number off the panel?
