Call HWH at 800-321-3494. They are very customer friendly. It acts like a binding jack but I have never had any problems with my HWH jacks. This is my 3rd MH with them.

First clean and lubricate the jacks. If this does not 100% correct the problem, you could have weak springs. If the jacks are bent, you will not be able to get them up, even with leverage and i would have to be replaced. Usually cleaning and lubing (ATF) will do the trick.
