Hi rollinghome,
It has been over a day since you posted a request for help. Can you tell us about your jacks? What is the brand and model? Do any light come on when turning the system on or trying to lower the jacks? What is the make and model of your coach?

There are many members waiting to help you. Please supply additional information.

Is your parking brake set? If it is try resetting it.

make sure the transmission is in park, take it out of park and put it back in as well as resetting the parking brake as t.m. suggested. if the parking brake light is not on, the jacks should not work. so, the problem could be the parking brake switch. wiggle the trans lever fore and aft to make sure that the thing is truly in park.

Batteries? If they aren't charged up, that could be the problem.

You really need to give people more information in order for them to help you.

Do you know know if your jacks are electric or hydraulic. When did they stop working? Have they ever worked? What have you tried? If you will give us just a little info, maybe we can help. Think of it this way...you call your Dr and tell him your body hurts-I bet he'll have some questions so he can help you.
