Jensen 12 volt TV volume

We have a 2015 ACE but I am guessing a lot of MH's have this TV so asking here. We really like the 12 volt so it is watchable going down the road. Disclamer; only the passenger watches not the driver. The volume just doesn't go high enough, really can't watch if running the AC. Wondering if this TV is defective or something common to the model. Thanks, Jim.

If the volume is adequate when parked, it's not uncommon for road/wind noise to over power the TV speakers. How about a set of headphones? Either tethered with an extension if needed, or the many wireless headphone models now available. The other option is to connect the TV audio to your radio for additional volume.

I'd opt for the wireless, noise cancelling headphones, then the driver could still listen to the radio while passenger watches the TV.

The volume is inadequate when parked if the air conditioner is running on shore power. When going down the road it does OK as far as being above the road noise. The wife is usually in bed before me so I have a pair of wireless headphones and they are fine for that. If one of us is on the couch right across from the TV it is fine with the AC on. However if one of us wants to sit at the table at an angle from the TV that person cannot hear. Jim.
