We have a 37' Winnebago Journey with a Jensen TV in the bedroom. On Oct 1st, our remote stopped working. TV worked fine if I pushed the side buttons. Called ASA Electronics and they sent a new remote. Since we were traveling we were unable to get it for a week but in the meantime our original remote started working again. Tried the new remote and it also worked. All was fine for 3 1/2 weeks then they both stopped working.
Can't anyone guess what might be happening? Thanks in advance.

Two options:

1:You have a bad solder joint on the television control board. When it "Breaks" the TV can no longer see the remote

A technician may (or may not) be able to locate the bad joint and re-solder it for you,, parts zero, time 100 bucks, shop fees ???

Option 2:

You have a Florescent lamp that is shining on the television and causing infra-red interference. TURN IT OFF
