Journey Headlight Issue

I purchased 2008 Winnebago Journey Model 37H this past Dec. and just found out low beam lights do not burn when on high beam yet owners manual says low beam lights are to burn on high and low beam operation. Anybody run into this problem or know of possible solution? Fog lights DO work properly and go off on high beam mode and come on in low beam mode.

My Freightliner chassis does the same thing. I was told they programmed them this way intentionally....frustrating.

Call 1-800-FTL-HELP, give them the last 6 digits of your chassis VIN, and they can tell you exactly how it's programmed. They are very helpful.

Craig,
Did you by chance contact either Freighline and/or Fleetwood about this issue?

Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,

Yes I spoke to FL about it last year when I converted my headlights over HID's. They intentionally program them that way, but their reasoning escapes me at the moment. Many automobiles are the same way.
