My wife and I are renovating our 01 National Tradewinds and are tackling several small repair issues as we go. Among things that came up was our inoperable Fantastic vent fan. I emailed Fantastic and just asked for some trouble shooting help. Jeff Atwell emailed me back with some questions to identify my model number and said by my initial description of the problem that it was probably a defective dome lift switch which he said he'd ship to me no charge. He gave me some instructions as to what to do to check things out. I checked out the fan that day and reported back to him that the dome would raise slowly but the fan would not turn on. He emailed back that he now understood the problem I was having and would "send (me) a new dome lift system for my fan. This will include a new updated lift motor, lift arm, and metal dome slide." All at no charge. Service from companies like this is certainly rare these days. Again, kudos to Jeff and Fantastic Fan.

Looks like they got there name right.

Wish Power Gear was even close to this kind of service. Three weeks and still waiting for parts for the jacks.

I had a roll pin broken in my manual knob and I called to order a new one and they insisted on sending me a whole new motor and knob NO Charge. They even paid for shipping. I told them we must of forced it to break it but they said they wanted me to be happy with their product.

Great people,great service.

i recently had a problem with my power opening dome mechanism. i called fantastic fans and they ups'd me a new motor and other parts that i didn't need at no charge.
that is fantastic service considering my moho is 9 years old.
i wish that winnebago, workhorse and bosch had half as good service on the 9 year old brake caliper issue.
