I thought I would just share some information in regards to a leveling system hydraulic hose replacement. This needed replaced due to being too close to the exhaust pipe near the engine. I took some pictures of the connectors and hose identifier.

Removal wasn't difficult, but time consuming as I had to find every zip tie along the way and cut them. It measured about 32' long.

I took the hose to NAPA Auto to make a replacement. They did and it looks good, but it was $237 for it.

I forgot to mention this was off a 2006 Damon Daybreak 3276.

Depending on overall condition you can have them splice/crimp a connector in. If you have the available length to remove the bad piece

I read that splicing would work, but runs a higher risk of future leaks. I guess it depends on who does it.

So I have installed the new hydraulic hose. I start the engine and have parking brake set. The fluid reservoir is still full also. Now the control panel just blinks the direction that the RV is leaning for a while and then all LEDs flash as in 'error mode' per the manual. The buzzer noise has stopped so that tells me I have voltage and pressure(>1500psi).

Currently the jacks are still fully retracted. My next thought is to try to manually lower the jacks with the cordless drill procedure to possibly get the air out of the lines as I have read that the Lippert leveling system is 'self bleeding' which I am assuming meaning I don't have to loosen a screw somewhere to let the air out?

Any other ideas?

Even though it's self bleeding, it may help yo crack the line out at the cylinder to help get the air out.

Agree...you let air in the system when you replaced the hose. Bleed it to get the air out.

Ok, so this is where I am at now. I have used a cordless drill and am able to manually lower and raise all four jacks(big step in right direction) which appears to have released the air in the lines as I didn't have to unscrew anything. I 'reset' the control panel and it seems happy(no alarm/error) now when jacks are up. The issue now is the motor isn't kicking on when a button is pressed on the console. I can hear the 'click' from the solenoid, but the motor never kicks on. I have verified power to the solenoid, but haven't had an assistant to see if power is applied to the motor when the solenoid kicks on.

I checked the circuit breaker attached to the frame under the windshield wiper fluid and it has not been tripped.

If the motor is bad, does anyone have ideas for replacement other than the $800 Lippert motor? I have searched the forums and have only come up with "Parker" makes the motor.

Sorry for the long post, but wanted to be detailed.

First check to see if power and ground are reaching the motor. If the motor is getting power but not running take the motor loose from the pump and take it to an automotive starter-alternator repair shop. They should be able to diagnose and repair your motor.

So I tested the motor with jumper cables and it didn't activate, so I removed it and cracked it open. It is rusted inside with lots of little metallic particles floating around. I tried to clean and remove as much as I could to no avail. It appears to me that it is too far gone to even try to have it repaired at a shop.

In the process I noticed the solenoid is cracked on the side. So I found a pump with solenoid on Ebay. Hopefully this will take care of it and I will have the RV ready for spring camping.

I thought I would help others and post some pictures.

Looks like that motor has been submerged in water at some point.

All of your pictures show rust and corrosion. Do you or last owner camp on the beach?

You need to clean up all of your battery cables, you have taken pictures of.

Not sure on previous owner, I have yet to take the RV anywhere yet. I will be cleaning up the cabling.

Good news... Got a used Lippert slide out motor/pump on eBay today($250). I was able to replace my hydraulic motor and solenoid and the jacks work like a champ now!

I am ready to move on to replacing all the old SD TVs.
