LCI leveler system shows "Jacks down" but they are all up???

I have a Georgetown MH with LCI levelers and slide room system. When I store the jacks, the "jacks down" light is on but all jacks are up. I can hear the pump cut on and off. Anyone have any thoughts? I get beeps also. What can I look for? Where are the sensors for the jacks? Any help will be appreciated.

Your Power Pack may be failing. There may not be enough return pressure in the lines to trip the solenoid. Call Lippert. I had issues last year, they were great to deal with.
this will sound like a crazy question, but what colour is the cap of the reservoir? It was a question they asked me, I told them mine is yellow, that seemed to mean something to them and I got my Power Pack replaced under warranty, even though it was past date.
But like I said call Lippert.

The lippert manual lists 2 possibilities Low fuid level - fill reservoir to proper level with ATF, or Retract pressure switch inoperable - check connection o r replace. Hope this helps. I'd check the fluid level. JM2¢...
