Learned a valuable propane lesson today.
While dumping at a nearby Flying J, I usually take advantage of their propane filling station. It was raining and probably 38degrees. The guy who fills for you turned the propane supply off turned the bleeder valve to check it. While filling it up, the bleeder valve froze open and spewed propane. One of the managers brought out a cup of hot water, poured it on the valve, and it was able to be turned off. I've filled the propane tank many time and this was a first. Obviously, it puckered me up pretty good. However it was a great lesson on what to do if that ever happens again. Maybe this will help someone down the road. Happy RVing.
