Leveling Jack Quit....Again

Some time ago, I posted with this same problem. But this time, unit has just sat in the yard plugged into 110 AC without any problems. Today, the jacks will not extend or retract. The power light on the control console does light up. I've made sure it's in Park and Parking Brake On already. Rattled the gear shift to make sure its in Park and all that. And when I hit the emergency retract that works. But nothing else. 2002 Gulfstream MH with Dewald Hydraulic Unit. Any help appreciated at this point. The last time, the unit just started working after quitting but I think that was due to overheating the unit trying to level it on very bad ground. This appears to be different.

Since the controller lights up but none of the jacks move, it sounds as though there is an interlock. Or at least the controller thinks there is an interlock condition and refuses to move. Could be the signal frm the Parking Brake has been lost, or somethng like that?
