Leveling Jacks will not operate

I have a 2008 HR Vacationer, 38ft. Just pulled into new campsite yesterday and the leveling system will not function. With ignition switch on and in neutral, turn on leveler, press auto and the lever goes through it process but the jacks do not come. Tried manual but will not operate. Jacks were working fine yesterday in our previous location. Any suggestions?

Hydraulic jacks ? Can you hear the pump running ?
Brand name ? HWH ? Do you have an owners manual?

My leveling system is a Power Gear Electronic System. I checked to see is if the pump was operating when pressing the off/on button and then auto leveling button. The lights on the operating pad come on and the system stay on the front diamond of the operating pad. Opened the front access panel but no sound from the pump.

Any suggestions?

Is it a gasser or DP ? If it's a gasser it should be in park. Unless it has a Allison push button tranny.

Check all the system grounds , around the motor in particular.
Somewhere on or near the motor is there a component that looks like this?
If so you need to make sure there is power to the large terminal on one ( large terminal) side and out to the other side to the motor when the system is turned on.
Note I've never worked on a Power Gear system, but HWH uses one like this and they are a common failure item.
Do you have a troubleshooting manual for your system and a multi-meter?

Yes I do have a multi meter. The unit is in the compartment in the front with the Generator not easy to get to. Yes I have owners manual. I moved from St Augustine Pensacola and still does not function. I will check the grounds tomorrow morning.

Found the problem. Checked the controller and power connection to the pump motor. There was power to the motor but not operating, so I used a rubber mallet and tap the motor. Got back into the coach and the system worked. Got to get a new pump motor.

Jawhite, I'm not sure but the motor may be good the brushes may be bad and can be replaced...if you know someone you can trust they can steer u in the right direction, it would be cheaper too.....
