The jacks down light is controlled by a float switch in the resevoir, so if you bled out enough fluid it is probally low now. Refilling the resevoir with jacks up should turn that light off. If I remember correctly, the dump valve is controlled opposite of the others, it has a constant 12 volts to it, and is activated by grounding the other terminal.

The light is on cause you lost some fluid when you bled the line.I had a problem raising one of the rear jacks. I swapped the solenoid coil and the jack went up.Powergear wanted to sell me a complete solenoid valve for a bunch of money. I googled the coil manufacturer and found a local place that had the coil without the plug for $20.I switched the plug and everything was fine.

Thanks Bldrbob - Refilled the resevoir today and lights went out. Also checked with Beaudry RV for replacement solenoid and dump valve kit - $250. Sounds like looking up the manufacturer and finding another source is good idea!

Try Grainger Industrial supply, they have a large selection of solenoids and coils for solenoids. They generally do not sell to the public, but usually the counterperson will sell it to you anyway. It's probaly only a bad coil, so I would not replace the entire assembly.

Before buying a new coil I verified that was the problem by checking continuity with a meter and swapping the coils. When I googled the manufacturer it gave me a list of local distributors. They had a coil in stock that matched except for the plug.
