Use of squirt-in "sealants" will probably also seal the small hole in your TPM sensor rendering it scrap too.

It has never cease to amaze me what vehicle dealers will come up with for a revenue source on a sale. They never quite. I remember washing cars as a "lot boy" in HS back in the day. When it was, clear plastic seat covers, curb whiskers (rememeber them ) pin striping, floor mats, protective coating (that I applied in an hour out of a metal can) to Hi $$ electronic's today. And they can look straight at you with a angelic face will sellin this crap.

Great observation. Not like they aren't already making $$$$ from the sale. Such is life.
