Some slide outs now have these as standard - have you checked with the manufacturer of your slide out mechanism to see if they now have such a thing?

It would probably be helpful in getting responses if you mentioned the brand of the slide mechanism, or at least the year/make/model of coach you are asking about.

I think you will find it is a circuit not just a relay. Some type of current sensing, a driver, and the relay.
