Looking for a tire valve stabilzer for an Accuride wheel

I added a tire pressure monitoring system (Tire Safeguard). I had to swivel the outer rears to clear the wheels. The tire stems in the front are tight inside the handholes and the monitors don't fit. I got 1 1/4" extensions and the monitors fit perfectly.

I would like to add stabilizers like the ones that came on the rear wheels. Can anyone tell me where I buy them? I have attached a photo of the style I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

My Accuride wheels have round holes that round Alcoa stabilizers fit perfectly. I got mine from a truck tire service place ... believe it was a TCI location in VA.

Go to the Alcoa website. They show pics and dimensions of lots of wheel hole configurations. That's where I got mine. Think I rememeber they list local delers/outlets.
Good Luck
