Mechanic Recommendation?

Hi, I need a recommendation for a mechanic in Santee CA. I have a 1982 Minnie Winnie 20 footer. Needs a positive wire redone going from the house battery to the fuse box, possibly the fuses and solenoid replaced as well. Also needs emission work done. I don't make much so I haven't tried the local shops. I tried Craigslist but that was god awful. I could drive to surrounding areas as well if you know someone in San Diego or otherwise near by. Thank you.

Since you're so close to Mexico I would recommend going there, Mexicans can fix anything and do it cheap and they don't mind if you help/watch.
