Concerned about the possibility of mold between the top roof and inside ceiling. Have the top covered with FormFlex 6000. Inside ceiling looks look, no stains or delam, but the previous owner said he had problems of leakage at one time. Any body know of some sort of chemical/fumigation to inject between the ceiling and roof? Or should I just leave it alone, since no leakage.
Thanks,
Randy

Randy,

If it's not leaking now and you have no evidence of water damage like stains or dry rot, I would not tear it up. Keep an eye on it, and pay particular attention to roof seams, light fixtures and roof vents. That seems to be where water tends to show up if there is a leak.
