Have you done a google search for mini blinds? I am sure that someone is making them for Monaco (Safari). You might even visit an interior decoration store.

You can get mini-blinds made in most any size and color you like from dozens of sources online or through a local shop. Even Lowes and Home Depot can order the stuff. Just take your measurements and pick a place.
