I still think it is all a trade off. Monaco and Holiday Rambler also have a new smaller more fuel efficient coach. I'm sure you would not have a laundry list like that with them, but 50 to 100 thousand allows one to put up with a lot of inconvenience.
I know it's a pain and some of these things will never get fixed, but if you aren't full timing, most of this stuff is tolerable. Also, this unit was bought used, which makes it more financially prudent.
The thing I don't get is the people that buy these Thor units, and are shocked when they don't get tiffin, winnebago, or Newmar quality.
