Yikes, a few of those I could understand but that list is way too long; I am certain that those considering one of these will find your post interesting and will especially appreciate your mpg report.

I will be interested in hearing just how the dealer and Company stand behind your coach, plese keep us informed.

Hope all goes well and quickly.

Wow that's a lot of faults! Some not so minor ..

Although we've never purchased a brand new rig before that sounds way too many problems to accept/ take the motorhome away.

Quite shocking the level/lack of quality control /PDI by the factory and or dealer. Good luck getting it all sorted out.

Got my seat pedestal back from the welding shop. Lowered it by 1.5" Nothing what $100.00 doesn't fix.

If you can, please let me know about how far you get with the colour camera issue. I found the same problem. They install a colour monitor with B/W cameras. I guess it's all about $$.

had to take the coach for the holiday and now its back in the shop. Word on the seat is thats what the factory puts in. The same for the cameras.
Here is the list I gave the factory rep. They actually called me ; I will keep everyone posted.

That list is NOTHING as compared to the one we found from the original owners after they had taken delivery and took it strait to the factory. The records we have, you probably would not believe some pretty trivial and I swear that the dealer or factory had the coach more then they had it. Sure glad everything was taken care for us.

I figured this is the reason the original owner traded it in so soon. Must of been overwhelmed!!!!!!!!!! We got it with 6000 mi on it.

That's unbeleivable, give it back, what year is it? 2011 with 6k on it, no way, buy something else; from them if you have to! These are problems you can see, what about what you can't see.

saga continues

Customer no service as clark howard would say. The dealer called and said thor notified them they dont honor warranty on second owner units. I could see that if this serrano was older but it is less than 1 yr old and we got it with 6000 mi.
Although we have a bumper to bumper extended warranty that would cover everything I believe they should have stepped up to the plate on some of these items. Some are obvious factory screwups and they dont care. I'm still calling and leaving messages and moving up the thor chain of command. The dealer said fixing the no heat issue in the rear is going to be ugly because the duct is in the floor.
Yes I know we have the ex warranty but there is a deductible and this coach is just too new for this run around. Moving right along lalalala

WOW. Unbelievable that Thor will not honor warranty to the second owner on a unit less than a year old. Sorry that your Serrano hasn't worked out.

Hope you get it strightended out. One has to wonder about a "used" year old coach sitting on a dealers lot. I guess we know the answer about some of them.

You think Thor turned you down, wait till you throw that list on your Ext Warranty. Your going to be surprised.
