Missing cap on Oasis Elite door awning

I returned home after a long trip and noticed the end cap missing on the door awning. I ran an internet search and seemed like PPL was the place to order that part. I ordered it June and now find that the part is no longer available. This morning I had a local RV shop run a search for it and they also said it is no longer available but they did give me the Dometic part number: 3109549.125. I've ran several internet searches and can't find that part. Does anyone have an old Oasis Elite that can be used for parts? Any one have any suggestions? Is there an RV wrecking yard on the west coast? Any other thoughts?
Thanks
Bob

I have an Dometic Oasis door awning model 970. It was originally manufactured by Fiamma an Italian company for Dometic. FiammaUSA has the end caps, just go to their web site. The 970 is equivalent to Fiamma model F45i. A phone call to them is very helpful.

Missing Motor Cover

I am also missing a motor cover for the Dometic Oasis model 973EE56.100H I contacted Dometic and I was told that the part was discontinued. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a used part or an old Oasis to use for parts?

A follow up on this one. I did a lot of internet searches and phone calls and could not find an awning cap or even a used awning of that size. So I was getting ready to make a fiberglass cap and a friend said why don't you see if you can find a plastic bottle about that size, cut off the bottom and see if you can make it fit. I tried several different bottles and none came close but noticed a small 3 cup Glad storage container looked about the same size. I trimmed the container, got out a heat gun and applied a little heat. After messing up the first try I went to a local store and bought four more containers. After a few more attempts I was able to shape a container to cover the end opening. Painted it a matching color and it looks pretty good. I added two screws to hold it in place. I learned to be a bit more patient with the heat gun, once that plastic starts to shrink it can ruin the new cap almost instantly.
