Mobile Windshied Replacement

Anyone ever had windshield replaced? Driver's half has stone crack that has grown from bottom left 28 inches up into middle of sweep. Gasket has removable strip for easing gaskets grip on windshied. Must this be repaired indoors or can it be done by mobile service? We are fulltiming and have no stick house to stay in. We are currently located near Hershey, Pa. Thanks!

TandW, Call your insurance company and ask them for the glass vendor that they use. PA shoulkd be a full glass state. Go to the service provider and ask them. Replacing a windshield should cost you $0.00 and Yes there are mobile glass vehicles. You never see them move a house?

Good luck!

I've had a couple replaced, one mobile and one at the factory service center. The mobile glass/windshield replacement guy was excellent and quick.

If you Google 'RV windshield replacement mobile' you get numerous hits. And asking your insurer as Driver suggests is another good way to get help.
