I can't help you but have exactly the same code and cannot find out what is wrong. One place thinks it is the main board (gasp)

Tom, I do not know what your exact problem is, but I am going to give you TWO really good "Heads-Up" about ANY RV generator instalation on the smaller (under 10KVA) units. #1. If your fuel filter has not been changed after every 100 hours - change it. If it is only a little bit stopped up it can cause fuel starvation and loss of RPMs (incorrect Frequency modulation), especially under load and also it can contribute to burning out your electric fuel pump. #2. A large number of RV builders use "TWISTLOK" electric wire connectors to attach the Genset supply leads to the Transfer switch wires. These "TWISTLOKS" loosen up with heat and vibration and cause ALL SORTS of electric HAVOC! Such as Breakers tripping, Air Conditioning Units shutting down for no apparent reason, and then working fine after a "COOL DOWN" period, only to shut down again after warming back up, lights dimming for no reason, run-away idle-throttle speeds for no reason, etc. etc.. Trace the 4 Genset supply leads (L1[black], L2[red], N[white], & Ground[green]) to the 4x4 junction box (usually a water tite gray plastic handy box) in the Genset compartment and replace the "TWISTLOK" wire connectors with SOLID COPPER SPLIT BOLT LUG CONNECTORS (available at Home Depot & Lowes) and wrap them with 3M rubber linemans tape (Scotch #2228 Ruber Mastic Tape). The finished new connections will look Like a TOOTSIE POP candy sucker and be about the same size. If the RV builders would do this at the factory it would eliminate at least 60% of all GENSET service issues.
Best of luck and let us know how you come out with your problem.

Glenn

Good points by Glenn.
Some times moisture gets on the back of ckt board and makes a mess of things. Go to RS and get some ckt board cleaner and clean board with that.Could be contacts on board or plug ins on it.
