We just switched from Blue Sky this past week. Our policy increase was just short of triple the prior two years. We had been with them for two different coaches. Never had a single claim, ticket or roadside call. Never even spoke with them in the past 5 years. We were blown away by the increase with no explanation. Went on line and got two bids that actually were less than we had been paying with better coverage and lower deductibles. Even got $0 glass deductible. Bids were from Progressive and GMAC through Good Sam. The bids were within $10 of each other. We chose Progressive because I have given Marcus enough of my money.

Im not so sure I'd totally blame the insurance companies. We just took our RV in to repair today. We bumped into a tree, some cracking of paint, bottom half, and small dent up top. No custom paint areas. Not much visibly unless you get up close. $5000.00. wish we could do it over. our rates will most likely go up a lot.

Frustrating is not the word for it. They lied to you, plain and simple. Companies that lie to me are off my list forever.

Agreed. And I am telling everyone I know that they lied to me. Seems that companies don't understand how fast bad press spreads.
