Gary, can you provide the Florida Statute that allows the opt out. I elected to include it, but just want to have it handy just in case I come across another person like the lady at the DMV who I talked with this morning. Florida registration process is a PITA.
I took my checkbook, motorhome title, driver license, and insurance binder with me to the DMV. Came away empty handed.
The only thing I did not have was the motorhome. They do not trust the VIN on the title. It must be verified by them OR local law enforcement. I was given a form that I must send to the seller in MO who must take it to a law enforcement agency and them mail (not fax or email) it back to me.
