If you are a "Gasser fan" check the 36 foot Winnie Vista or the Itasca Sunstar floor-plan on their websites. IMO about as big a kitchen as you will find in a Gasser.

We have the three burner stove and oven and use them extensively. We think oven baked potatoes are the best as well as oven baked pizza. We also have the convection microwave and use it along with the stove and oven depending on whats cooking? The two door frig does take away some counter space so we cover one side of the double sink which gives us about 4 ft of counter space to work on. Not as ample as the S&B, but very doable and we still have the other side of the sink to use. Like other posters, when it comes to steaks, other meats, and fish I tend to bbq them outside. I think you can find a suitable balance between your cooking needs and other spaces in your MH. I can't imagine switching out for a TT or 5vr because of kitchen space?
